Huey Survey Data Sharing Terms

Regarding WIM Tracking Base Data & Data Collected by Researchers in Surveys

Huey Survey Data Sharing Terms

These terms outline ownership and usage of specific data points hosted in the WIM Tracking database, collected and/or disseminated through the Huey platform. The Huey User creating a survey is known as the Researcher. By use of the Huey survey system, WIM Tracking LLC and the Researcher are bound by these data sharing terms. This agreement will commence upon the user’s acceptance of data sharing terms.

WIM Tracking base data is the relational data between clinicians and their practices. This data is open-source and can be utilized by WIM Tracking, Huey Users (Clinicians and Researchers), or data requestors.

WIM Tracking base data includes:

  • Clinician Name
  • Clinician License Type
  • Clinician Specialty
  • Practice Type
  • Practice Address
  • Practice Phone Number
  • Practice Name
  • Practice In-person Services

All other data points collected for Researchers through surveys funded by Researchers will belong solely to the Researcher, unless specified otherwise on the Huey Survey Data Point Selection form completed by the Researcher. Data points not selected to be shared with WIM Tracking will be identified as closed source and unavailable to WIM Tracking or data requestors.

Both open-source data and closed source data belonging to the Researcher will be available through the Huey platform behind a secure login. Account history containing all current and previous surveys will be stored indefinitely by WIM, and each set of survey data will be available for download via csv.
